3. Purpose and Legal Basis for Processing

We process your personal information under the following lawful conditions:

  • Contractual Performance: To schedule mobile visits, diagnose appliance faults, provide repair quotations, complete repairs, and uphold our 3 to 6-month parts warranty.
  • Valuation & Collection: To evaluate broken machines you wish to sell to us and dispatch collection transport.
  • Legal Compliance: To maintain accounting and tax records as required by the South African Revenue Service (SARS).
  • Legitimate Interests: To communicate essential appointment updates or delays via WhatsApp or phone.

4. Third-Party Data Processors (Operators)

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third-party advertisers or telemarketers. We share information only with trusted technical operators under strict security confidentiality:

  • Web3Forms: When you submit a booking or valuation request on our website, your form inputs are securely transmitted via encrypted HTTPS API through Web3Forms directly to our email. Web3Forms operates in compliance with modern data privacy standards.
  • Hosting Infrastructure: Our website files and secure server logs are hosted on cPanel hosting infrastructure.
  • Direct WhatsApp Communications: WhatsApp messages and photo exchanges are protected by WhatsApp's native end-to-end encryption protocols.
